1. What are my delivery options?
We currently offer two delivery options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs!
Standard Shipping: Please allow 1-3 working days to process. Delivers within 5 business days upon dispatch.
Express: Please allow 1-3 working days to process. Delivers within 2 business days upon dispatch.
Note: Reyer will not be liable for any lost parcels in the event that normal postage is opted. Registered postage is highly advised. Returned orders due to error in delivery information provided by customers, failure to collect within stipulated timeframe as indicated by postal service, redelivery fees will be borne by the customer. Reyer shall not be liable to you for any losses, costs, damages, charges of expenses arising out of late delivery.I haven't receive my parcel, who do I contact?

3. Are there any restricted areas/zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to?
We do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and islands in Singapore.
We are unable to delivery to P.O boxes, as deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
4. What are the additional charges for re-delivery?
For Standard & Registered postage options:
Delivery attempts will be made up the two times. Parcels will be returned to Reyer Store if the 2nd delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
For all re-delivery attempts after, there will be additional charges. Depending on situation, courier services may contact you directly for reschedule of delivery.
All worldwide shipping will be charged at a flat rate of SGD 25.
