Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Local (Singapore): Delivery within 5-7 business days. We offer free delivery within Singapore
  • International: International shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
  • Certain regions may have additional restrictions; please check during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items
