Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Local (Singapore): Delivery within 5-7 business days. We offer free delivery within Singapore
- International: International shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
